Ethics Committee Statement Request Form (in Portuguese)
Requests of Ethics Committee Statements are made using the Ethics Committee Application Form (in Portuguese), version of 15 Apr 2024.
To submit a request, the Principal Investigador (PI) of the project should create a new ticket in queue “CE – Comissão de Ética” at https://tickets.tecnico.ulisboa.pt and include the application form (and any annexes). Alternatively, the PI may submit a request using the institutional email account @tecnico.ulisboa.pt
Please attach individual files (do not pack them in a zip file), all preferentially in the PDF format.
Requests for ethical assessment must include the above FORM and should be sent to the email: comissaoetica@tecnico.ulisboa.pt
